Aircraft & Operations

Can I drive my passengers directly to the aircraft on the ramp?

Escorted ramp access is available for professional driving services and passengers with mobility issues. Due to our close proximity to the commercial airline terminal at KCMH, we carefully coordinate these services to ensure compliance with airport security regulations. Please check in at the front desk upon arrival to discuss your specific needs, and our team will determine the appropriate level of ramp access.

What is the UNICOM frequency for Lane Aviation?

The Unicom/CTAF frequency is 122.95MHz.

Does Lane Aviation have hangar space available?

Yes, we offer heated hangar storage for short-term and long-term needs, including transient overnight stays. For availability and rates, please contact our customer service team.

Our spacious 11.3 acres of ramp space can accommodate large charter aircraft, private ramp-side boarding for secure, discreet team movements, and 24/7 operations for your convenience.

Transportation & Location

Does Lane Aviation offer a crew car?

Yes, Lane Aviation provides a complimentary crew car for pilots and crew members on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are rental cars available on-site at Lane Aviation?

While Lane Aviation does not keep rental cars on-site, we are happy to coordinate your rental with local providers based at the airport, such as Hertz, Enterprise, and National. With advance notice, our Customer Service team can arrange to have your vehicle delivered directly to Lane, so it’s ready and waiting upon your arrival. You must have a Hertz Gold Number or an Enterprise Emerald Number in order for us to arrange a car reservation to be delivered to Lane Aviation.

Does Uber or Lyft serve Lane Aviation?

Absolutely. Uber, Lyft, and other rideshares utilize Lane Aviation. When ordering a rideshare, use “Lane Aviation” as your destination or pick-up point. We are a separate location from the airline terminal. If you need help ordering a ride or would like our team to request a car on your behalf, just stop by the front desk–we’re happy to assist.

How far is Lane Aviation from popular attractions?

Lane Aviation offers the fastest highway access. We are less than two minutes from I-670, with direct routes to I-270, I-70, and I-71, eliminating the need for long perimeter road drives around the airport. You’ll be downtown, Easton Town Center, The Ohio State University, the surrounding suburbs, and much more in minutes.
